Madison Heights Apartments operate with the benefit of having “Onsite Property Managers” that adopt a whole of management approach to the operating of this new development.

Madison Heights Management will be responsible for both the property management on behalf of investors and the overall day to day caretaking of both buildings on behalf of the Body Corporate.

This management model has proven to be very successful over time, and is a recognised formula for ensuring that owner’s investments are closely monitored and managed effectively, while ensuring that an apartment complex maintains its integrity, liveability and value. 

As the onsite building and property managers, Madison Heights Management has the unique ability to assist you with all stages of your apartment’s lifecycle – from first tenant selection & obtaining the best returns, to the management and eventual sale of your property.

John is Brisbane born and bred, growing up as one of seven children in and around the inner city suburb of Kangaroo Point.

 

An owner of many businesses over the years, he developed a passion for property management in 2009 whilst managing his first residential complex in Eight Mile Plains.

Amy Mutton

Property Manager - Administration

Despite only starting in property management five years ago, Amy has shown more apartments, processed more applications, and rented more apartments than most property managers twice her age!

Crystal is new to the team, so we are not sure what to write about her yet!

Paula Burke

Property Manager

- Inspections

Paula's main responsibility is conducting the 3 monthly apartment inspections.

Married to John, Paula is also a busy mum to their 6 year old twins, Esther & Olive.

Scott Wilson

Maintenance

Scott is the handy fellow responsible for building and garden upkeep. He is also on hand to help residents with any building issues, and to attend to minor repairs.
